Our homes are safe and inviting and our staff have a therapeutic ‘PACE’ approach to working with the young people who use our services.
We enable young people to develop by building trusting relationships, role modelling, direct 1-1 sessions, group sessions and by giving them a voice to influence how we develop future services.
Our flagship home in Leeds has 3 bedrooms for residents (with en-suite bathrooms), an open plan living / dining area, a fully-fitted kitchen, an office, an en-suite bedroom for night staff, a utility room and a landscaped garden.
